We currently offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders.
Delivery Timeline
* Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, destination and courier service.
* For custom-made or personalised outfits, additional preparation time may be required. The estimated timeline will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through your registered email address, mobile number or WhatsApp, where applicable.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping across India.
There are currently no additional standard shipping charges for deliveries within India.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
Silai Parampara Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable recipient.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

* Regional restrictions
* Transportation disruptions
* Other unforeseen circumstances

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that appears damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.
We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
International Shipping
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
