Customers are responsible for ensuring that information and measurements supplied to us are accurate.
Because customised products are created specifically for the customer, they may not generally be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced, subject to applicable consumer rights and our Returns & Exchange Policy.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers made available on our website.
You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information when placing an order.
We do not generally store complete card, UPI or banking credentials on our own systems.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer free shipping across India.
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation.
